Insurance is accepted but not required. Radeas reserves the right to confirm insurance eligibility and/or run insurance.
No appointments are required for our testing locations.
Results are generally available within 12-24 hours of testing.
We use a RT-PCR test with collection via mid-turbinate nasal swab. The test is painless.
RT-PCR tests are accepted for travel to most destinations. However, be sure to check travel guidelines for your destination as different states and countries may have different requirements.
Once your results are available, a text or email will be sent with a link and access code. If you have any trouble accessing your results, give us a call at 919-263-1150 and an agent will gladly assist you.

If there is a predicted weather event that may produce hazardous conditions, delays and closures will be announced here on our website.
While we’re equipped to regularly operate in the rain, there may be temporary closures in the event of lightning or other hazardous conditions, which usually last only 15-30 minutes. Signs will be displayed at testing sites when there are closures.
Yes! At-home antigen kits may be purchased at cruise.radeas.com for $45 USD per test, which includes shipping and a proctored exam.
